Free as in $79.00 a year. It works for the whole family and so with four of us ordering books it's a great deal. In fact we've already ordered enough books that for the rest of the year it will be free shipping, not to mention that it's two-day shipping instead of the ususal four or five. </p> <p>I'm looking forward to reading about your customer service nightmare.
